Betty has been kidnapped and kept at a sugar plum factory waiting for Santa to come and save her. When Santa comes he pretends to faint as he sees Brickhouse Betty naked. He uses a puppet to tell Betty that the only way to wake up Santa is to give him oral sex. This ends as Betty wondering if she should do it.
